Appointments

We can see private and ACC patients. We require a referral letter from your treatment provider (doctor, specialist, physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath etc.), sent by an approved electronic means. We no longer receive faxes. When we have received the referral and confirmed that we have enough clinical information, we will prioritise the referral.  Not every patient who is referred can be seen, but if we are not able to offer you an appointment, we will notify you and your referrer so you can discuss alternative options with your referrer. We will also be able to give you names of other specialists with similar expertise. Before we can prioritise the referral, your doctor or referrer may need to provide us with more information. If your therapist (Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Chiropractor etc.) refers you, please make sure your GP also knows about the referral. What if I am late for my appointment? If you are late and we can’t see you in the remaining time available in your appointment slot, we will try to accommodate you later on the same day. If we can’t, you will be offered an appointment for another day. Our contact information can be found in the menu at the top of the page. The best way to contact us is by email. Please note that the clinic is not attended every day of the week but we do check email and voicemail regularly.
